My husband took me here for my birthday. All I can say is WOW! The hotel was beautiful. The room was pretty but the bed was SUPER! Most comfortable bed I have ever slept on in a hotel. When we made the reservation Pam answered and was very helpful. I had told her it was for my birthday and to my surprise when we arrived they had an ornament waiting with happy birthday on it! I am visiting again in a week with my mom and sister. So excited to return.

I really enjoyed this hotel. I like Christmas but Im not a Christmas fanatic, this hotel was perfect. I felt that Christmas wasnt shoved down my throat as much as possible but it was present. We had a 2 ft tree in our room, the pillows said "ho, ho, ho" and a few decorations. There was a signing santa but we didnt see him. I did enjoy the hot apple cider at night and cookies. The room was very clean and every employee spoke when they passed you. They have a doorman which they say will help you with your bags but that didnt happen. Overall I really enjoyed my stay. Oh and the beds are so comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud

I have never written a review before, but my husband and I had such a wonderful experience at the Inn at Christmas Place that we wanted to share it. December, I assume, is a very busy month for this venue, yet, staying there 12/16 for a birthday, all employees were courteous and friendly. The room was so clean and decorated tastefully giving us a warm feeling, yet we had one of the least expensive rooms, so I assume they get even better! Since it was a birthday, we found an ornament with my name on it as well as a plate of Christmas cookies, which perhaps are always placed in rooms, or at least near Christmas--I don't really know. We only live about 50 miles away, but we will definitely stay here again if in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg for an evening and we have all ready recommended the Inn at Christmas Place to friends.

Every year I stay at The Inn at Christmas Place in Pigeon Forge, TN. The atmosphere alone makes you smile, not even considering the top notch service you receive from every staff member. The service is unreal, the breakfast is great, the location is super, and I can't think of anything that would not be rated excellent. You forget your worries and it brings you back to your childhood again. No other hotel has compared to The Inn at Christmas Place for a restful and fun vacation!! Everyone needs to stay here!! I promise you will come back and not want to leave!!
