We had two days booked and left a few hours after checking in. We were on the southeast side of the hotel and its right across from a gasoline powered go-cart track. Those things are louder than cars, plus the whistles from the staff and the back-firing it was impossible to sleep. I don't know what time they close, we finally gave up and left just before midnight.

The room was mostly clean. The beds were ok, but there was a large hairball on the floor and the tub was stained so even though it was probably clean it looked cruddy. The sink had cigarette burns on it and the drain plug didn't work (wouldn't let water out).

We probably would have finished up our stay if we weren't across from the noisy race track, its not a bad location as far as attractions go and the night staff was friendly. We're going back to Pigeon Forge this summer and definitely won't book our stay here.

This hotel is terrible! I am not a hard person to please, but this place is ridiculous! There was no hot water in our room we called the front desk and a lady came to our room, said the water problem was due to being booked almost full, and asked if we minded taking a shower in another room down the hall. We did, we could not switch to this room, because it was a king room and we had children. When we returned that evening from Dollywood, we still had no hot water, so my kids had to go to bed with no bath. I went to the counter to ask about some strange charges on my bank card and about the hot water and the lady pretty much laughed at me. Needless to say, still no hot water the next morning, we left and the manager promised us a refund, but of course the entire amount was taken off my bank card after we left. We come to Pigeon Forge several times a year, and usually stay at another hotel. This was a last minute booking and a huge mistake! Worst hotel I have ever experienced and the staff lied about the water problem saying it was due to the hotel being full but we found out it was a maintenance problem and there was no maintenance person there to take care of it! Completely unexceptable. Please do not stay in this hotel. There are much nicer places for the same amount of money!

We get here and our non smoking room smells like a bar. There was no hot water in the entire hotel! And the woman at the front desk was not helpful at all. She had the personality of a stick.

The manager Paravee Snongiati is the rudest person I have ever dealt with in my life. She mixed up our reservations dates and did not have our rom on arrival. She did not see it as a big problem and laughed about it. I was charged on my card reguardless. I stayed at another hotel on my trip to Peigon forge and after reading these reviews I am glad I did.
