There was no customer service. The room were small and they were not clean. There were cobwebs in the corners, and the floor wasn't swept. The front door stuck, so you had to use your shoulders to open it. When you tried to plug something into the electrical sockets, they would slide back out. Free wifi was advertised, but you had to pay for it. Only about half the advertised cable channels could be viewed. Also, the pool had to be fixed; its floor was rough and it was easy to scrap yourself. The continental breaksfast area was also very dirty.

The attitude of personnel was very rude, hateful, disrectful. The apearance of the motel was eye sore. The walls were cracked. The walk ways had beer poured all over it. The rooms was not what was promised, and the bed spread had burnt wholes in them. The quality of service was very disappointing. The comfort of the room was sicking. The floors has beer on the carpet and out side of the room in the walk way had beer all over it. When checked in and didnt even get are clothes out of the car and we went right back to the front office and checked right back out. There was no way I was allowing my kid and wife to stay in that crappy motel. We were told there was also was joining rooms but there wasnt. This was the worst motel We have ever stayed in.

This is a generic hotel right on the strip. Customer service is low on the list of priorities for these people. We wanted to do the Dollywood Crafts Festival so we stayed here because it is at the head of Dollywood Lane. NEVER AGAIN!!!! I have Asthma and am allergic to down and feathers. The pillows, comforter, and bed overlay were all down. I have had this happen before. So I went to the office the night we arrived and asked for hypoallergenic pillows. I was told; "Our policy is that we have down in all our rooms. We don't have anything else." No help there. So I stripped the bed and used the extra blanket and a sweatshirt as my pillow and the next morning I returned to asked the day girl. She said she "would see what she could do." Nothing. We ended up going to Walmart and buying pillows and pillow cases to use. The jacuzzi tub was in the bathroom and the jets were grubby with dirt, the heater blew cold air, and the walls were extremely thin. I will stay off the strip and enjoy the room next time and return to the Music Road Inn.

We found this to be a very reasonable priced accommodations for the service and quality we received. Everything was clean and worked the water was hot and the room AC worked what else can you say about a room.
