Over all wasn't a bad stay.... the beds were not comfortable and took forever to get extra towels ( lady told us 45 minutes and took more like 3 hours) Had a pool out back which wasn't too bad except there were some bugs in it from not getting skimmed. They offered a "roll - away" bed for extra sleeping room which was nice, but charged $10.00 extra a night and for the price of the room I thought should have been included.

We had a really nice roomy room really enjoyed our stay. ROom was very clean Internet was slow but was alot of rooms rented. Would definately stay here again!

I see several reviews that rate this hotel a 3 or above and quite honestly it was the reviews and the fact that this was a pet friendly hotel that I based my decision to book on. Never Again! I'm not sure where these folks are used to staying but this hotel was gross. I wore my flip flops in the shower. Upon walking into the room (pics on internet are deceiving - they are tiny) the non-smoking room reaked of cigarettes and there were bugs. I took the comforter off the bed and slept with only the sheet because it was apparent from the dust that the comforter hadn't been washed in awhile. I couldn't wait to get out of this place and will NEVER visit another Quality Inn again based on this experience.

There was no customer service. The room were small and they were not clean. There were cobwebs in the corners, and the floor wasn't swept. The front door stuck, so you had to use your shoulders to open it. When you tried to plug something into the electrical sockets, they would slide back out. Free wifi was advertised, but you had to pay for it. Only about half the advertised cable channels could be viewed. Also, the pool had to be fixed; its floor was rough and it was easy to scrap yourself. The continental breaksfast area was also very dirty.
