This is an older facility, but if that doesn't bother you, it's a good place to stay. Everything was very clean, which is what matters the most to me. We had a 2 bdrm unit, and it had 2 full bathrooms which was great! We are a family of 4 2 kids that had an awesome time thy used the master bedroom because this one had the TV very good place.

This is the first time we used our timeshare and we so enjoyed it. All the comforts of home, clean, and the absolute best location. If you are looking for luxury, look on, but if you are value oriented like my husband and myself, this is the BEST!!!

“Not too close, not too far”

Great place to stay in Pigeon Forge. Within walking distance of the Old Mill but out of the crowds. The staff was friendly and helpful. The unit was clean and in good condition. The only problem was the internet. The system allowed me to enter my credit card but the kept kicking me out at random times. A real pain! Windows let in way too much noise from the highway that ran beside. Everything else was great.

Room Tip: Try for building 4,5 or 1 for less noise

“Comfortable and clean”

This is an older facility, but if that doesn't bother you, it's a good place to stay. Everything was very clean, which is what matters the most to me. We had a 2 bdrm unit, and it had 2 full bathrooms which was great! The front desk was not super friendly...polite, but not big on the "southern hospitality" that we were expecting. We had to pay to borrow a movie from them too. $3 for 1 night. I just find that to be ridiculous. You can't just let people borrow the movie, they actually have to rent it? Come on. Also, our room was on the 3rd floor so if stairs aren't good for you, make sure you get a ground level room. No elevators. Good location though, close to main drag in Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Room Tip: Make sure you get a ground floor room, no elevators!

“We would return, we liked it especially with families.”

We stayed in a 1br unit 225 on the 2nd floor. Just me and hubby. We had plenty of space. The living room had a 32 in flat screen, like new loveseat and sofa. Nice dining area. Small but functional kitchen that was extremely well stocked. Almost the best we've ever been in.
The bathroom in good order, nice jetted tub, 2 large closets 1 in bath and 1 in bedroom. The queen size mattress was not very comfortable but Im used to a nice king.
We had no trouble with traffic noise. The outdoor facilities, grills, playground, pool area were very nice. The staff nice as could be. Our unit was not ready at 3pm on our arrival but at 4pm. The unit was spotless. Can't speak for the thin walls, but I was so paranoid that someone would complain because my husband pounds his feet down when he walks. :) Anyway, we have stayed a 4-5 different places and the Sunridge 1br was much smaller for way more points. This just had no balcony and of course no view.

Room Tip: 225 was good. I would chooose 1st floor with children though. Our bldg only had two floors, as most...
