“My Tennessee Home.”

We have stayed at this place numerous times and got married here at the church on the property. The staff is exceptional and the cabins are always nice and clean. Amy, if she is still there, works in the office and is the one that checks you in and makes the reservations when you call, is a very nice and professional lady.

The grounds are always well kept and clean and the atmosphere is always great. Quiet?, you bet and I guarantee that you would return here after your first stay.

Highly, Highly recommended!!

“Perfect Cabin for Smoky Mountain Getaway!!”

We have stayed in several of the cabins at Country Pines on 5 or 6 different vacations now. It is always clean. The kitchen has everything you will need for your stay. The staff is very accomodating for any need that may arise. The grounds are well kept with cute wagons, wagon wheels and a little general store. There are 2 bedroom cabins up to their big 8 bedroom cabin. It's only about 2 miles past Dollywood, so it's very easy to get into Gatlinburg/Piegon Forge. Food Tiger is just a couple of miles away. They have a beautiful little chapel that holds a service each Sunday. The cabins are wood floors with warm, toasty wood burning fireplaces. We go every winter and there's nothing like sitting in the hot tub watching the snow fall! (Hot tubs are covered on porch so neighbors can't see in!) The homes are spread out nicely. You can get a wooded view or mountain view. Such a nice place for families. One of our favorite things is that we can hear the whistle from the Dollywood train at our cabin. Make sure to go to Dollywood, Dixie Stampede, Cades Cove & breakfast at the Pancake Pantry! Country Pines is the perfect place to stay for the mountain experience! You won't be disappointed.

“Loved it- Excellent value!!”

Country Pines was quiet, clean and very very affordable. We have a small child, and the advantage of this little cabin was huge verses staying at a hotel. There were some small things to gripe about, and if you're looking for luxury, this isn't quite it. But for the money we paid, the privacy, the location, and the amenities, this can't be beat. There are more fancy, luxurious cabins, but we prefer to spend our money on doing fun stuff. If you have a smaller family, this would be a great option for your stay!

“So relaxing!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 11 August 2007

We had the Hunter's Den cabin (2 bedroom/2bath) and just loved it. Beds were comfortable and everything we needed was provided. Very clean. This cabin had a DVD player, and there were free DVD's at the front office. Very close to Dollywood and downtown Pigeon Forge. The hot tub at night was so relaxing. From the beginning when I made the reservation to checking out, the staff showed their southern hospitality. Lots of room for the price. Really enjoyed just sitting on the porch in the rocking chairs watching the sunset. Photos on-line were accurate.

My family and I stayed in the Country Rose cabin at Country Pines way back in Feb. of 2003. My brother got married close by so we decided to make a vacation out of it. We absolutely loved the cabin and will stay there again if we get the opportunity to go back. Very clean, plenty of room, privacy, hot tub.....everything you need!!
