Arrived the day after Thanksgiving and the town was very busy. We had a Pet room, that was very nice and clean. It even had a very nice smell of flowers. The front desk clerk, Marilyn, was very nice, polite and very helpful, with things to do around town. She gave us alot of good advice, of where to go and how to do it the cheapest way. Thanks for all your help Marilyn.
I wish the breakfast could have some sausage or bacon, put on the breakfast buffet. I made one complanit about all the unused air conditioners sitting right out side the side door. (problem was taken care of).
The hotel manager was so nice, that he gave us free tickets to ge see the Lumberjack Show.
(excellent show). We had an excellent time and have already made reservations for May.

This place was absolutely disgusting. When we got to town every other hotel was full. Hindsight it is obvious why there was a room abvailable here. The elevator smelled like an ashtray that had been doused in dog urine. I went to the room hoping it was better. On first glance it was tacky but appeared to be clean until my wife came out of the bathroom holdong a "clean" towel with lipstick prints all over it. opened the drawers to find bugs. No other options in town so we toughed it out. Upon checkout I was asked if I enjoyed my stay. I advised i did not and expllained why. The young lady looked to her boss and wanted to know what to do with this one....Mr PETER PATEL came over and said that since i had not complained he would do nothing. It seemed to never phase them when I described the conditions of the room. ALmost as if they were completely used to it. I advised i would write a review. He snickerd and said in his accent for me to go ahead and write my review. I asked for contact information from the owner and he said he was out of the country and would not give it to me. Finaly after much "debate" the young lady gave me the owners email address. Stay away from this place at all costs!!! it is a dump. Stay in Townsend, Seveirville, or Kentucky for that matter if this is the only place left in Pigeon Forge.

We stayed at Microtel recently, and the staff was very friendly and had excellent customer service. We had an issue upon arriving, (our toilet didnt seem to want to flush) they immediately addressed the issue and put us in a better room. I was happy with the price and the choice of the hotel. It was located right in the heart of Pigeon Forge close to all the major attractions.

Good hotel but need to do better cleaning of rooms after guest leave especially the pet rooms. We had two rooms booked and the no. Dog room was ok bed Liens need to cleaned(bed covers) and dog room needed a carpet cleaning bad!!!!
