I enjoyed my stay here. I will highly recommend anyone to check this out.

The Clarion is a great place to stay in pigeon forge. There are alot of choices in this area, but this one is one to consider. We got a great rate due to using AAA. We stay in February and the pool was heated. Breakfast was good. Manager made efforts to connect with us. The only compliants I could think of would be room temperature and noise. We stayed during a cold weekend. It was around 29 degrees the whole time we were there and it was hard to get the room above 66 degrees. I not sure if there are motion detectors in the room because ti seemed like when I worked with the thermostat while I was in the room I could get it up to 70, but if we left the room it would return to 66. Might have just been our room, 405.
As far as noise. You can hear whatever is going on in the hallway, so if you neighbors are in and out alot at night you're going to hear it. On night there was a crying baby that we had to hear until they got it settled. As a parent I sympathize, but as someone paying for a vacation you hope for more sound proofing than this. Most rooms also have balconies, so if your neighbors are making noise out there your going to hear that. I am really not bothered by noise. The only time this was a problem was when we were trying to sleep.

We would definately stay here again.

OMG, this place is amazing! My family and I go every year to the area and always stay at different places, until now. Last Sept, we decided to stay at the Clarion in Pigeon Forge and will stay here every year! They have a big indoor pool and hot tub and you can walk out to the outdoor pool and outdoor hot tub. It has seating near the hot tub with a outdoor fire pit! The rooms were super clean and comfortable. The breakfast bar was a full buffet for free! Not a continental but a eggs and bacon and biscuits and gravy. There are 2 iPads in the lobby that my kids loved. A small game room with massage chairs! However, the best thing overall was every time we went to the lobby, we saw a Manager. He asked how our stay was and helped serve breakfast, etc. We have never ever stayed anywhere in Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge where we saw Management. The hotel has a mini golf right in front and many restaurants and strip malls a walk away. Love this place and could go on and on!!!! We are so excited we don't have to search for another hotel again!

I just wanted to let everyone know that if you need a place to stay in Pigeon Forge
you need to choose this hotel. I am a Front Desk Clerk for another hotel in KY and when
arrived at this hotel I was truly amazed by the welcome the cleaness of the hotel. We stayed 2 nights and I am so glad that I chose this hotel. I will be sending all my guest that need a place to stay while in that area there. I got to meet some of the most wounderful people that I could ever meet. You do not find places like this much and I am so glad that I did.
With myself being in the hotel bussiness I know what guest look for and what there needs are and I can tell you if you are in the area and need a great place to stay let me inform you this is the place you need to be. They will treat you like u are family and take the upmost care of you. So I incouge you if you need a place to stay this is the one. God Bless.
