I have stayed here three times before and it gets better every time. The rooms are clean and updated and the free hot breakfast is extensive and plenty togo around. The staff is VERY friendly!

We were a little apprehensive since it was so much less expensive than the others that we looked at, but decided to trust the other Trip Advisor reviews. We were very glad that we did. We took the no cancellation rate which saved us some more, which was a little risky but it worked for us. We were met warmly when we checked in, and shortly after getting to our room we got a phone call from the desk to make sure everything was ok, which it was. There was a refrigerator in the room.

The Breakfast was great. They had regular and blueberry make your own belgian waffles, hot scrambled eggs, biscuits, sausage gravy, toast, fruit, and yogurt. The breakfast hostess did an excellent job of greeting you and keeping everything clean and stocked.

We would definitely stay here again!

The beds are awesome! there is plenty of room and lots of privacy in the dressing area. It is quiet and very clean. All the rooms have been renovated and it really shows. We stayed in the king suite and didn't want to leave the room. The only drawback I noticed was the microwave was like a mini-microwave.... but very functional and gets the job done..!

Will stay here each time we go to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. The most comfortable beds ever! especially for someone with fibromyalgia.!! :-)

We statyed here one night after we decided to come down early, and our cabin wouldn't be ready until the next day. We probably could have stayed here the whole weekend. We figrued we'd have more space and save money on food getting the cabin, but we ended up eating out most of the trip. We actually didn't stay in the cabin much at all since there is so much to see and do in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. We had four adults, two children and had plenty of room. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast had a great selection. Would definitely consider staying here again during our next trip to the area.
