We have been staying here for years. They have the best prices for the quality. I just wanted to write to say that this year the rooms have been updated and are even better than before. New carpet, new bedding & drapes and flat screen TV's had been added. We love this place!

We always stay at this property when we visit Pigeon Forge. The rooms are comfortable, clean and recently remodeled. We always request a room on the back on the riverside. It is fun watching the ducks and enjoying the rushing water of the Little Pigeon River. The Christmas Place is next door, and I can spend a lot of time shopping there. They have a very nice continental breakfast with the usual offerings as well as biscuits and sausage gravy. There is a warm and inviting fire in the lobby. There is a very nice indoor pool with rooms located inside next to the pool, I would happily recommend this property to anyone who will be in the area. The staff has always been friendly and very helpful. The motel has always had reasonable rates..We have stayed here for several years.

we have stayed here 3 times for car shows in pigeon forge its right as you come into town so you have to walk alot but its a nice place to stay has a very nice indoor pool its right on the creek with picnic tables and ducks its next to the christmas place store there is 2 econo lodges in p.g. other one doesnt look so good so make sure you get right one the rooms are nice breakfast was standard only complaint internet wasnt the best

Stayed at Econolodge Riverside in October as part of a short getaway to see the fall foliage. Overall, I feel I got an exceptional deal. Room was about $67/night, mid-week, and included a breakfast (filling, but could've used more variety). I didn't use the indoor pool, but it appeared to be in good working order and well-kept. The ducks out back by the stream were an added entertainment bonus!

As for the room, it was quite small. The bed was comfortable, however, which is key for me. Had a handicapped room with handicapped shower. The floor of the shower seemed to give way when you stepped on it and the floor didn't seem to be angled for proper drainage. The hotel probably can't do much about the size of the room, but I hope they will consider renovating the handicapped shower stalls.

There is a business center in the lobby that guests can use. Front desk staff were friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
