My husband and I travel to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg on average once a month. We have stayed in several hotels and this one is very nice for the price. Our only complaint would be that we had booked this hotel ONLY because it had a sauna. It was being repaired the entire 3 days we were there! My husband was soo disappointed! We will return again.

My husband and I arrived late one night on a business trip and just decided to try this Ramada. The front desk guy was very helpful and even asked us if we had any memberships that could lower the already low cost of the room. We were very tired and hungry and he even offered several places to eat that were close by that were still open and serving. Our room was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. Both my husband and I typically do not rest well while traveling and we were both surprised how well we slept the next morning. To save time we ate in the breakfast room there and enjoyed it. If you travel alot and know anything about continental breakfasts this Ramada's was on par with others. The staff in the breakfast area were very nice and kept the tables cleared off and clean. Because we had such a good experience here when we traveled through Pigeon Forge, a month later on another business trip, we specifically searched out this motel. The front desk guy even remembered who we were and even gave us the exact same room we had the month before! We were not disappointed. My husband travels just about every other week and Pigeon Forge is a great half-way point for him and he will now always stay here and hopefully get the same room! The price was reasonable and the room was very comfortable, we would and have recommended this Ramada to several people already.

We love this hotel, we dont have an ill word to say about them. We have been going to Pigeon Forge for many years and not once have had a problem with them and we stay with them everytime! I can't believe some of the horrible comments I just read on here about them! People always want something for nothing, I am one of them people I want the best deal possible. Anytime I have stayed there, I have. If you dont see the cheapest price, more than likely they will tell you when you call.

Our room has always been spotless, no signs of mold or even a straggling hair. The beds are so comfy! They was remodeling the last time we was there trying hard to better their hotel and we thought it looked great. Front desk is always so friendly and helpful, they make you feel like they are your family and that is your home while you stay there. We hardly ever eat breakfast there, but when we have its been very good. Was a little crowded, but if it wasn't that would be a bad sign right? The pool is a nice place to relax and let the little ones burn off some energy. My kids didn't mind the temp and it was clean.

Overall, this is the place that we will always come back to! Inexpensive, caring, clean southern home feeling. Great people and a great place to stay. We will see you in a couple weeks Ramada!!!

We recently stayed in your hotel and we enjoyed ourselves. It was our first time to visit Pigeon Forge and we will diffently be back for another visit.
