This was a wonderful December get away. Pigeon Forge is a great place anytime, but we love it at Christmas Time. We have stayed at the Comfort Inn & Suites before and have never been disappointed. Staff is very nice and very helpful. Room was everything we could ask for. Can't wait to plan our next trip.

This has always been a top notch motel. However recent experiences show that it has slipped. It had become my home away from home and I frequented it regularly.

However this trip it was less than desirable.

First off the room had an odor of cleaning product in it which irritated my sinuses, burned my throat and caused me to have a flareup that lasted a week. Sort of spoiled my Dollywood experience.

The second day I noticed a roach crawling up the curtain. Very unusual for this establishment.

The Breakfast was not as usual. There was no cooking spray available for the waffle irons and therefore all waffles stuck.

Smokers Beware - This is a very strict Non-Smoking facility with at least 2 signs posted in each room warning that one of the amenities provided is a $500 fine applied to your credit card if the management suspects that you have smoked in the room or on the balcony of the motel. You will also find signs posted throughout the facility declaring the same.

We are a very picky couple when it comes to hotels. We normally go to more expensive places but decided to try comfort inn due to location, price and good review from friends. Very nice staff, great location, clean room. Staff was nice enough to not bother us when getting ready to go out for the day and just skipped cleaning our room until later. Pool down stairs was nice just the room was really hot and packed with kids. Only thing I did not prefer was the bed was kinda hard (i was able to sleep) and the fireplace pilot light was on all night and I was afraid the first night that something was wrong. I was reassued the next morning that it was fully safe being on the whole time. =) I highly recommend! I will return to this hotel on our next trip!

We checked in on Fri. evening for our two night stay.... no problems what so ever. Our room was on the 4th floor facing the Smokey Mts. in the distance. The room was well stocked with clean smelling white towels, soaps, shampoos, hair dryer & tissue, a wet bar with Ref. and Microwave, icebucket, coffee pot & a very nice basket filled with choice coffees and teas. The beds were both clean with soft white sheets.... we noticed no stains or anything else. This is a very clean hotel. The breakfast offered was one of the best I have seen, hot foods such as eggs, sausage, Bisq. & gravy, coffee, juices, waffles, pastries, fruits, cereals & yogart. All located in a very large room with three attendants to see that everyone was served and happy.
This was a really great place to stay, I would rate this hotel highly. Thanks for having such a clean place for us to stay!
