This motel has been really good for a long time. It is an older motel that is dated. But it is very clean & comfortable. Good size rooms for the typical older Pigeon Forge hotels/motels. Beds are comfortable, but pillows are flat (always bring my own anyway). The voucher for the pancakes just adds to the value of the room. Restaurant is good, better than some others near by. Easy in and out and a great location at the South end of the strip. Customer service is outstanding. Good rates as is, but even more discount for Dollywood season pass holders!!!

I could see someone writing the Rodeway Inn off as dingy or dated or something, but honestly the staff was great, the pancakes were edible (don't drink the OJ though), the beds were comfortable, the internet was fast, the rooms were clean, and the amenities were appreciated. (The parking lot was a little steep and scary in places though)

We have been coming to pigeon forge and gatlinburg for years. We love the feeling of real southern hospitality we get when we are here. This was our second experience with the rodeway inn, and it was even better than the first. The staff is very friendly from jackie at the front desk who gave us a calendar and tote bag when we got there, to the sweet lady who cleaned our room every day. The price was also a selling point for us, make sure to sign up for their friends program to get a discount on your next trip it saved us about six dollars a night! We really liked the pancake breakfast we received each morning and wish we would have taken advantage of it on our last trip. We will definitely be back to stay at the rodeway inn on our next trip to pigeon forge.

I was reading some of the reviews that some people wrote. I can not believe that some had some bad experience . I stayed at the Roadway Inn for four years never once did I have a bad time. My third year they gave me the third floor which didn't hurt but my mom couldn't climb the ramps so they let us move our room has soon has they got a first floor empty it was one night on the third floor. The pancakes are the best, besides what more do they want for free, don
t like the pancakes eat something else. I'm really hoping to get back for my fifth year and trust me the Roadway Inn will be my home for a week. The staff is the best. Whenever my friends ask me about motels in Pigeon Forge I always give them the Roadway Inn.
