We stayed in what they call "the penthouse." It was the bi-level room with a bedroom and bathroom on the second floor. It wasn't a true upstairs with there not being a complete wall to the ceiling where the bed was locating giving you a way to look down into the kitchen and living room. The living room has a fire place and a sofa bed. The dining room also had a fold-down-bed with a bathroom off from the bed. It was very clean and a nice stay.

This hotel is only 4 miles from the Grand Ole Opry center. We had a very nice 2 room suite. The suite was very clean and spacious. It is outside but the property was very well maintained. The staff was very friendly and they have a free airport shuttle to all the Marriott properties.

On my recent stay this property was well kept and clean, but could use an update on the rooms. While they tell you that you have a fireplace, the don't tell you that you have to get the wood and start your own fire. I have stayed in places where they have gas logs. As far as checkout, I called the desk the night before and asked if they had express checkout and was told if I find my bill on the door in the morning I was good to go. I guess the fact that it was raining made it too difficult to hang a bill on my door? There are other hotels in this area, so next time I will use one of them.

What a nice stay I had at this Residence Inn. The airport shuttle came on time as advertised - every half hour at 15 minutes past, and 15 minutes till the hour. This is always helpful since I arrive at 11pm and wanted to get into the hotel ASAP. The check-in process was prompt, accurate and friendly. I stayed in the penthouse which was very relaxing and quiet. Got up in the morning for a cardio workout before breakfast. I had a great breakfast. The breakfast had a nice selection of hot and cold selections. I had the Belgian waffle with blueberries.
Caught the airport shuttle again to continue my journey after that. Definitely would recommend to others and for my future stays.
