Lot's of banged up door jambs, 'dust' in the corners, crumbling concrete, well used common areas. In addition the tired staff is just trying to finish the day (or is it the staff is trying to finish the day with their tired job. Is this hotel the future of Marriott?
It happened years ago to Holiday Inn. No reinvestment and little oversight from the 'home office'.
