One night here during a layover in Nashville.
Check-in: Friendly staff at front desk. My room was available for early check-in around noon.
Room: I thought it was a bit dated and especially the bathroom could be improved as it was fairly small with 7' ceilings and cheap bath/fixtures. Sort of Hampton-like. Lots of things contributed to the noise - a door that did not firmly latch allowed it to rattle whenever someone else closed a door (I finally stuffed a washcloth in the frame to get it to keep moving), poorly insulated windows and walls that allowed ambient noise, including overhead music from the hallway and pool, employees speaking loudly at each other down the hall (at 6:00am!!!!! - if I wasn't already awake, there would have been some butt chewing). Bed was comfortable and plenty of space for 3 people.
Food: Mediocre at best food at the Bistro. Breakfast was a slight step up from Hampton. I had the "signature" DoubleTree hamburger that was Wendy's level with frozen patties and frozen crinkle cut fries. I think a signature dish should be a little better. Can't suggest you eat here but you really need a car to find other options. Jenna at the bar was nice.
HiltonHonors: While I was given early check-in and complimentary breakfast, my request of high floor and away from elevator got me a room on the first floor just down from the conference rooms with pool chairs just outside my window. No upgrade offered even though rooms were available.
I'd really give this a 2.5 star rating and it might be more if you want a pool and something close to the airport. Quality of bath, loud noises (both from room design, guests, and employees), mediocre food will keep me from returning. Expect Hampton level and you won't be disappointed.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review of our hotel and offer feedback regarding your specific stay. Hats off to Jenna for making us aware of your situation prior to your written feedback. Your guest room was near the pool with easy access to the recreation area. With that sometimes comes some carry over noise which our team is trained to handle, and in your circumstance we failed to meet your expectation, and we would like to apologize again for this inconvenience. Because we are an all-suite property, essentially every room is already an upgrade other than a room with a walk-out patio to the pool area.
Hilton has a large family of brands which includes both DoubleTree and Hampton Inns. Hampton Inns is an awarding winning brand and has been recognized by JD Powers and Associates for their exceptional service and while the comparison is noted there are some important differences. For example, the Hampton Inn on Broadway is consistently 50% more expensive, charges $17 for self-parking and is not an all suite property like ours is. The breakfast buffet options are extensive with DoubleTree and ours includes such things as Omelets and Waffles cooked to order, Artisan breads, Homemade muffins, Steel Cut Oatmeal, Fruit Galaxy, Yogurts, Sausages, Bacon, Potatoes, Eggs, French Toast, Assorted Juices, Coffees and much more.
Our Signature Hamburger remains a popular item and is ½ pound of Angus Beef, open flame grilled and served on a Cracked Wheat Bun. Our hamburger comes with a variety of side choices from cheeses, mushrooms, bacon and more. The Fries, as pointed out, are not hand cut, but our home-made potato chips are a popular choice to the crinkle cut fries.
