We stayed here because they offered parking while traveling and a free shuttle service to the hotel. Everyone we spoke to was very friendly and tried to be helpful, but we experienced nothing but incompetence the entire stay. We were never checked in properly, so this caused problems with the bill and even just checking out of the hotel. In addition, the original person never called for our hotel shuttle, so the lady the next morning finally called them for us 20 minutes after we were supposed to have left for the airport. I couldn't even get a receipt for our stay upon checkout. The WORST part is that we parked our vehicle in the exact spot in their lot where the front desk staff told us that we had to park our car while away, and 2 days into our trip our car was broken into. The hotel did call us to let us know and they did tape up our broken window since it was going to rain. The manager we spoke to was helpful and did admit that where we parked our car was unsafe and not where we should have parked it for safety purposes, but she only refunded our night's stay. My husband and I had to shell out the $$$ to replace the items stolen from our car and our broken car window. All in all, it's the most expensive night's stay we've ever had and the service was one of the worst we've ever experienced. Friendliness is nice but incompetence is EXPENSIVE! We will definitely not stay here again!
