We've stayed at this hotel several times over the past year, but have finally had it with the rudeness of the staff that work the front desk. The final straw was when they charged our credit card twice (for one stay - on the same date!) and refused to remove it! Even spoke with the hotel manager by phone and he was not willing to do anything. We've had to get our credit card company (who substantiated our claim) involved to try and resolve the matter. Because of the decent price and location, we had been willing to put up with the uncomfortableness of dealing with front desk and some cleanliness issues, but not anymore. Good points there include free covered parking and the gentleman that drives the shuttle on weekend nights. He was always helpful and we appreciated his professionalism.
