Have stayed at several Courtyard's over the years, so when my bid on Priceline was accepted by the BNA Couryard it was a pleasant surprise. Check in went smoothly and the room was a typical two bed room. All the usual accoutraments of the Courtyard's along with their upgraded bed and tv. Had to dine at the lounge which we found to be both lacking in selections, and excessively expensive, but since there is nothing within walking distance we sucked it up and paid the price. Found out the Marriott shuttle has drop off and pick up service to the area restaurants. My bad for not inquiring about the shuttle at the front desk.

Service by all was very good. A great location for catching early morning flights, which we did, or crashing for the night.

We stay at Courtyards frequently when traveling, but the Courtyard near the Nashville airport was a big disappointment. We had a room with 2 queen beds and when we pulled the covers off the first bed there was an ant crawling on the bed. When we pulled the covers off the 2nd bed there was blood on the bottom sheet. The room was dusty and it appeared no one had bothered to dust anything. They did come and change the bed, but I certainly would not recommend staying at that particular Courtyard. There are better choices such as the Hampton Inn which is close to the airport.

I loved the new set-up to the Courtyard Marriott... I stayed at a Courtyard Marriott a few years ago in Pennsylvia and wasn't impress with the hotel. With a little hestiation my husband and I decided to stay at this hotel and we were pleasantly surprise with the updated look. The decor was bright and inviting, loved the new bristco, clean and spacious room, and friendly staff. The entrance has booths and within the booths there is personal televisions. The lobby has a computer customer can use to print-out their boarding pass COMPLIMENTARY.

Special kudos to the young lady working at the bristco/ bartender/ cook/ waitress/ cleaning staff/ she worked hard, but she was truly very pleasant.

Stayed due to a very late arrival / overnight connection with an early departure the next morning, so convenience was key, which it certainly was as a complimentary shuttle was available. Overall the room was ok - clean and comfortable - but certainly nothing to make it a memorable stay. What really disappointed me was that, while I made my reservation several days in advance and specifically asked for a quiet room (away from the elevators and ice machine), my room was diretly across the hall from the ice machine.
