Friendly, helpful staff. Bill very cordially changed our room at our request. Hotel is very well maintained. Large, clean, comfortable room, bathroom, and beds! The only suggestion would be for the juice to be less diluted at the breakfast bar.

My wife and I travel frequently and, most recently, December 12th through December 15th, 2011. We stayed at the Best Western at 201 Music City Circle, Nashville, TN. Their staff was most helpful in assisting us in planning our schedule to tour Nashville. Best Western Suites near Opryland were exceptionally clean and the service was excellent. All of their statf was friendly and helpful. We highly recommend anyone traveling to Nashvlle to stay at this hotel.

We arrived at the hotel prior the check in time and although our rooms weren’t ready the man at the front desk allowed us to check in and offered to store our bags in the office until our room was ready to allow us to go out and have a look around. The hotel has several restaurants, bars and fast food outlets within walking distance. Opry Mills and the Grand Ole Opry is an easy 20-30 min walk away. The hotel staff were very helpful with all the queries we had. **Visited March 2010**

We stayed again at the Best Western suites at Opryland and found the hotel very clean and spacious lovely rooms . The staff especially Bill was so helpful went out of his way to help us out and was also a great travel guide we will sure stay their again.
