While the staff has been great (yes, I'm still here, but so upset that I had to stop and write this from the lobby of hotel...read on), there are a couple of things I expect: 1) a reasonable night's sleep, and 2) reasonable internet. I have had NEITHER while here. Throughout last night (apparently) a broken condenser made an awful sound each time the heat clicked on. I was told that it's crazy that they use this style of heating that was put in when built 39 years ago. While they said it's fixed, I bought ear plugs just in case. As far as the internet...I should have read and trusted others' reviews. I finally gave up and am now in the lobby where the signal is perfect. It's been a problem since I checked in over 22 hours ago, and nothing seems to fix it on he 11th floor. Friend on 7th floor also having problems. By the time the sink backed up in the bathroom, I wasn't fazed one bit. Will I ever come back to Nashville...I hope so. Would I ever stay here again...NOT A CHANCE! The staff is great...but that only goes so far.
