The room was clean, the location was excellent, the front staff friendly and helpful. This was a fantastic value for any traveler.

The staff was friendly. The rooms were very clean and updated. Such a quiet area and close to everything. I would definitely stay there again in the near future. The price is reasonable as well. THANKS FOR A GREAT HOTEL EXPERIENCE!

During check-in, another guest was in the office and told the desk clerk that he had locked his key in his room. The clerk (Bruce) asked which room, then proceeded to make him another copy of his key without checking identification or even asking fo the guest's name and looking to make sure the name matched the room. Not a good start. Then, we went into the room. The previous review about the smell of smoke in the bathroom was correct. The room was clean upon initial glance. Further inspection revealed a "personal type" of hair in the shower. GROSS. Also, the carpet was in need of replacement. It was bent up at the wall to act as a baseboard, but was pulled away in several places, leaving exposed staples. Very dangerous if you have a child. The towels weren't what I would consider clean. All of the furnishings are seriously date and in need of repair and/or replacement.
I had booked 3 nights, but couldn't bear to stay. I left without a refund and went to the Hilton Garden Inn - so much better.

This was a very nice, clean and quiet place to stay. Our room was large and had all teh amenities of home. Staff was very helpful and friendly,
