This hotel is nasty. I've stayed in some nasty places, this one takes the cake. Hair in the tub drain, smells like smoke (supposed to be smoke free), no soap, no shampoo, no cups for water, hair on bathroom floors, fridge and microwave dirty and stained, counters stained yellow, lamps don't work, linens not clean, got here and they had to "make sure the room was clean" at 8 pm, air conditioner is very very loud, ironing board is dirty, iron has stains on it, smoke from other room comes through the vents, this is a S*&#hole hotel.

I needed a long term place to stay while changing careers, and found Homestead. It offers everything I needed, including a kitchenette, WIFI, cable, and plenty of room. The staff was incredible! Any time I needed something, they were responsive, friendly, and would go beyond my expectations. I'll return to Nashville eventually, and plan to stay at Homestead again. You won't find a better place for the money!

We stopped overnight at this hotel while traveling. The hotel room was suppose to be smoke free; however the room reeked of smoke. The bathroom and carpet were dirty and the fridge had mold growing in it.

First room we got hadn't been made up. Facility looks nice on outside. Ok inside. Lightbulbs missing. No restaurants nearby. Located in office park. Be aware you have to exchange towels at office as they don't make up rooms each day. We wanted an extra pillow and it took about 3 hours as they dont have any housekeeping on site.
