“Rude Staff”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 December 2011

we are doing a roadtrip through the southern states, and just took in at this motel because it was close to a highway exit. I dont have that high standards, but this motel was just terrible. Im very dependant on Internet and they said the have " high speed internet", but it wasnt even working. And the unfriendly, rude, indian guy told me they had one customer who had booked 5 rooms to download music and that was why it was not working! Just one advice, DONT STAY HERE!!

Room Tip: Dont choose any room at all here

“Nasty rooms and in the ghetto”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 19 September 2011 via mobile

The worst hotel I've EVER stayed in everyone working was rude! Bad part of town and I never once seen the maid take sheets off beds when she did her "cleaning" after everyone was checked out! I will never stay here again!!!!!!!

“High crime location...drugs and prostitutes!!!”

Ok, here's the real deal about this hotel. Some years ago I used sell drugs from this hotel. Not only this hotel but all the hotels on this street. By the way, I live in Nashville. Drug dealers and prostitutes have been known to rent these rooms to sell drugs, smoke crack, and turn tricks.

The crime is not wide open but it does exist. I have since changed my life and I am now a Christian. But I live less than a mile from this hotel and prostitutes are rampant near this hotel and the whole area. The hotel doesn't look half bad from the outside but its not very well maintained and outdated. This hotel hotel took a turn for the worst around 1992 and its been a downward spiral since then.

But in the hotel's defense, its just located in a high crime area.

I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY

“it was gross...don't stay here”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 29 July 2011

I had made reservations to stay there one night this week on our way home from vacation. Fortunately I asked to see the room before paying for it. We had requested nonsmoking. The maintenance man had to come let us in the room because the key didn't work. When we walked in it was so smoky I couldn"t hardly breathe. The maintenance man said "There is no smoke"......duh I know when I smell smoke.

Second room we looked at had walk-out sliding door to the parking lot. It was not locked and the sliding frame was broken. The room itself looked very old and gross.

The walls in the lobby had old outdated wallpaper and the baseboards were missing. The young lady at the desk said they were changing the flooring so I guess I can believe that (hopefully they were changing the wall cover also).

Needless to say we did not stay there. It looked disgusting and unkempt. I told my kids not to touch anything while we were in there. I am not a complainer but I think this needs to be reported to warn others. There is no way I would allow my family to stay there.
