I went to front desk and asked for a rollaway bed and was given one with questions asked. After I got home I reviewed my banking account and they billed me $40.00 for the bed. I am very unhappy with the service. When I called them to ask about the bill the manager said it was in the hotel contract and there for had to charged to my account.

It's your typical Holiday Inn Express. The room was decent and is fairly well taken care of. Very clean. The bathroom is the downfall. While it's large, there is no exhaust fan, the water pressure is poor and the drain couldn't even keep up with the poor water pressure.

We had the King room with the whirlpool in it. Unfortunately it's right on the first floor near the breakfast area/lobby so in the morning, it's loud very early with people coming and going.

Breakfast was very typical. Don't forget there are tons of taxes. They have a state tax, county tax and a flat tax. It added almost $30 to our bill. May want to take that into account when you get pricing.

My wife and I attended the Rockettes performance at the Opry auditorium. The hotel is next to the Opryland Hotel with a nice breakfast included at a very reasonable price. There is shuttle service to the Opryland Hotel or airport. We enjoyed our stay with a nice kingsize bed in a clean room.

We went to Nashville for a family Christmas vacation and enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Express Opryland! The hotel was convenient to the Gaylord Resort (across the street) and the free shuttle the hotel provided to go to and from the Gaylord was reliable. I agree with other reviews that the staff was one of the best things about staying at this hotel. Every staff member we met was helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were large and clean. The hot breakfast was also a treat. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!
