Well upon entering the room it was a plain but clean room. That wasn't the problem. When we had settled in for the night a dog started barking profusely. This went on for an hour at which time I called front desk at 8:00 and informed front desk there was a problem with a dog barking in one of the other rooms and this had been going on for over and hour. I ask could she move us to another room. She said she didnt have one. Since I had paid for 2 nights I ask her for a refund for atleast 1 night since I was going to have to go somewhere else for sleep. She said she couldnt do that either. I had to talk with the manager at 10 oclock the next day. Rediculous to say the least. We tried for the 45 minutes to see if the dog would stop barking. Nope. We packed up our stuff gave the front desk our keys. at which time she says "Oh i can move u to another room now. She could have called my room and let me know she was trying to work something but she didnt. Forget it no customer service here at this establishment. Never again. one additional thing there is nothing and I mean absolutely nothing to do on that side of Nashville since the May flood.
