This hotel takes $100 from your credit card when you check in, incidentals or the like, it smells nice, but my monies were not returned for 16 days, and by then I had new monies. Nice rooms, nice hotel, but they steal you monies, also, when you check in, you have to sit down with some crank at a desk, takes to long, bit like meeting the bank manager. thank you, but no thank you, go to the Union Station hotel, and then Noshville for pancakes.

I wanted to apologize for the delay in having your funds returned when you used a debit card at the Hutton Hotel. We would be happy to contact your bank at any time to try and expedite the timeline they have for refunding monies to your account. Please let us know the next time you are in Nashville and I would be happy to work with you on the Debit Card issue.
