We loved staying at this bed and breakfast. The hosts, Linda and Darrell, couldn't have been more accommodating. They were so welcoming. The breakfasts were wonderful. We stayed for six nights and every morning we had something different that was absolutely delicious. The rooms were very comfortable each with a private bath. We were with another couple, so it was nice to have places to sit, talk and relax. If we are ever in Nashville again, we will definitely stay there again.

Good location, great decor and clean rooms.

Host not customer focused or welcoming. Breakfast was late and poor for the price. We requested for two vegetarian breakfasts and only got one. No effort made.

Unfortunately we did not get a chance to stay there. We had made reservations, over the phone with the owner ( husband). Extremely nice gentleman. However, my brother-in-law made reservations via Internet, WITH A CONFIRMATION NUMBER, only to find out that his room for a one night stay was not acceptable. The female owner told him there was a two night minimum stay. This was never conveyed to us nor is it listed on their website. We cancelled our reservations, by phone, through the owner ( female). She was down right rude! So much for Southern hospitality.

The B&B was decorated nicely and had beautiful grounds. Our room was pleasent and charming. We love Nashville, it's one of our favorite places to go. It is located in a great area, close to everything we wanted to visit. All was going great, until night fall. We could hear the couple in the next room at about 1am "getting busy". We mentioned it to the lady serving breakfast and she just laughed. Well, around 12 am the next night, they started again. Overall, we did enjoy our stay and understand, the owners had no control with the other guest. But might want to mention to couples that you can be heard in the next room. Next time we would like to try a room away from others for more peace and quiet.
