“Best hotel stay i have had in quite a while”

I would like to say that the hotel staff was the best i have experienced. Every employee was helpful, courteous, and seemed to be happy to be there. I could not go anywhere on the property without running into a smiling face and a polite greeting from the staff. I would recommend the hotel to anyone and everyone looking for a hotel in the Nashville area. I give it a 10 plus. When i return to Nashville, i will stay there time and time again.

“Great Property, Friendly Staff”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 26 January 2012

The valets were exceptional, friendly and curtious. Upon arrival I was greated with smiles and enthusiasm from the front desk with clear directions to my room on the 8th floor which had a balcony overlooking the pool. Everything was neat and clean, the toilet was a little loud when you flushed which wouldn't be a big deal for me except for the fact I was sharing a room with a friend. The staff by far made up for a loud commode. I will be back. Thanks for a great experience!

Room Tip: High floors have amazing views of the city

“Great Stay”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 22 January 2012

I made a recent weekend trip to Nashville, and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Very friendly staff, and location was great. The shuttle service was very helpful. I valeted my car when I arrived on a Thursday, and didn't touch it again until I checked out on Sunday. The valet guys were great and very helpful. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Nashville.

“Good location but needs a renovation”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 12 January 2012

It's a good hotel but for the asking price ($100+ per night) it could stand a solid renovation. The staff is helpful and friendly, breakfast buffet decent at $9.95, but parking a bit steep. There are lots of good places to eat in the area within walking distance but few that were less than $20 per person. If you just want a quick bite to eat you may be out of luck.

The rooms were nothing to write home about at all- a bed, shower toilet, just your average or even slightly below average Courtyard- but it fit my requirements being just a few miles from my client. The regular Marriott is the same price and in slightly better shape- but Hampton better still and cheaper so.....

Room Tip: Quieter in the back

Thank you for taking the time to submit a review. I also want to thank you for complimenting our staff, as they truly make an effort to go above and beyond the call of duty to assist our guests. As far as our rooms go, we do have an extensive renovation planned for the end of the year. Though we do have many renowned restaurants in the area, we also have quite a few "quick bite" places within walking distance as well. Next time you come to town please double check with our front desk for some recommendations.

“Excellent Visit”

Loved this hotel. Shuttle Bus available to take you to music row. Be sure and check at Jacks BBQ. Or plently of resturants within walking distance if you did not drive. However the Valet Parking is best if you do drive. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Coffee was great and was hot at all hours. Hot tub is inside which is great for the winter months. Bed was very comfortable. Temperature in the room was even not too hot or too cold. Breakfast was good but very crowded. Plenty of of variety. Fruit, eggs and oatmeal. Last but not least you must try Gigi's Cupcakes just a half a block away. Strawberry shortcake cupcakes were to die for. Fresh strawberries in the icing and the cake.
