As a frequent guest at the Prospect Hill B&B, our recent stay exceeded our expectations. The hosts, Robert and Judy, always make us feel at home. The rooms are immaculate and exude the charm you would expect from a 100-year old victorian home. The gourmet breakfast never disappoints, and is worth the trip by itself!

If you're planning a visit to the Mountain City area, there really is no other choice!

My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful relaxing time at Prospect Hill. The owners were warm and friendly and the stay was just what the doctor ordered. The breakfast was even better and made me want to stay another night just to have breakfast again! The rooms were nice, clean and cozy. The town of Mountain City was clean and had friendly people everywhere with good resturants. I can't wait to go again!

My husband and I frequently stay at B&Bs, and this was the best we've ever experienced! The home was tastefully decorated, and every detail had been thoughtully planned, including a dumb waiter to ferry luggage to the second story! We stayed 3 nights, and awoke every morning to a gourmet breakfast that was amazing! We really appreciated that breakfast was not served at a preset time, but we were asked each night what time we would like it to be ready! The owners checked with us daily to offer suggestions and advice about the area. All in all, the value, the warm and gracious home, and the friendliness and professionalism of the owners made it a perfect experience. We will most definitely return!

We had a great time in Mountain City TN. The B&B was beautiful and the inn keepers couldn't of been friendlier. We stayed for two nights and breakfast was wonderful both mornings. Hats off the chef! I loved the tub and shower in our room. It was so big and spacious. I'm trying to figure out how I can get one of them into my bathroom at home. Thanks again :)
