“Pretty disappointing”

You really do pay a premium just for the location.

The hotel - well it's old. Walking down the hallways, the carpets are stained, the walls have scratches and torn corners. The rooms are in good need of a makeover.

Our fan in the bathroom was filthy.. it looked like it hadn't been cleaned for 6 moths. The mirror in our bathroom had not been well cleaned with stains on it.

The pool - nice! good location, great view. The spa was filthy but, looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a week

The staff? Wasn't that impressive. Didn't even get a "how was your stay" at the end of it.

Unforuunatly, I can't recommend this hotel. You really just pay for the position - it's in a great spot. The staff were not that friendly, the rooms were fairly dated and needed cleaning.

I have taken the opportunity to have an in-depth discussion with the Housekeeping Manager, to walk through the specific issues you have raised and to formulate a plan to improve our level of service.

With regards to the internet service, we do provide free Wi Fi for 30 minutes per day in the lobby or there are two Apple Mac computers located in front of reception for 30 minutes free also. I apologise that you may not have been made aware of this service.

“Very Disappointed”

This hotel is quite old and in need of renovations.
The bathroom looked dirty but it was just old stained grout in the tiles and the bath tub enamel was worn off and chipped.
The bed was mattress was so soft it was uncomfortable to sleep on.

When checking out we waited for over 5 mins while the manager and a staff member were on the phone and did not acknowledge us at all, then when the staff member finished the call they just walked off.
It was not a pleasant stay at all.
