Perfect location if you need accommodation near the Olympic Park, taking away the hassles of any Sydney Public Transport nightmares. I am a Sydney local and it's well worth staying somewhere in Homebush if you need to attend the Park for an event. However, a two hour checkin and a one hour check out after I had paid over $500 for a balcony suite for ONE NIGHT was a bit ridiculous.
The suite also left alot to be desired, very average, but The Best Bed on the Planet. Seriously, the most snuggliest, comfortable bed I have ever experienced in my life, it even just made up for the checkin debacle. The food is average, my 5 yr old nephew can make better nachos, and the bread roll on the hamburger fell apart it was so old and stale. They have great coffee at the breakfast bistro though, so coffee lovers won't be disappointed! The view over the park from the right side of the building is limited but enough to see the crowds come and go. Pool facilities etc are at the Olympic Park and are meant to be wonderful. Although they don't guarantee parking, they catered for parking a large number of cars very well - but they do charge. I would only recommend this hotel by saying if you need to be somewhere on time, do not rely on this hotel to check you in in a timely fashion.
