We found this hotel very conveniently located for us to attend a concert at the Allphones Arena (previously Acer Arena). The room and facilities were clean and quite suitable for our short stay. The car park was good with a ramp to allow very paractical access to lifts. We were in walking distance of the concert venue which was wonderful. There are good eating places close by as well as good restaurant in the hotel itself. The staff were very courteous and helpful. We will be back.

The Ibis is ins great location close by to most function centers in the Olympic Park. Room was booked for a conference, through a booking agency. Price was steep for the room, as fittings & fixtures required maintenance. Internet was not offered and was missed. Shared great staff & resteraunt with Novotel which may be a better option. Parking needs to be better advertised if accessible to those staying in Ibis or only Novotel.

Was attending a trade show in Olympic Park. Couldn't have had a much better location. Access to Sydney is also very easy with the Olympic Park train station across the street.

The hotel restaurant and bar are good if a bit pricy, but nothing outrageous for the area.

There is a great Italian restaurant a couple blocks away, on the ground floor of the bank building.

The rooms were clean, and resonantly sized. Bathrooms featured a shower only (typical for Australia) and had great water flow.

Internet access was available, but was both expensive and limiting (100 MB / per day limit). But it was enough for basic e-mail.

Staff was helpful and knowledgeable through the stay. I would consider it again if I had need to be in the area, unless one of the neighboring hotels had better internet options.
