Overall hotel was OK but looks a bit tired & in need of upgrade. Desk service not bad but was not friendly & at times, as we were using a complimentary stay, it seemed we were not afforded the same courtesy as a full paying client.

I found the hotel to be basic, clean and tidy. I was comfortable in the room, the bathroom was a little cramped but I must say the view from my room was just wonderful. Its not the city lights but the sunsets were spectacular!!! Yes, the rooms are a little tired but the hotel is going through changes, so its understandable. I had a very comfortable stay. Lots of great places to eat near by and a nice area to go for walks around.

We arrived in Sydney and needed to find a hotel due to the fact that the Surf to City race had filled up most of the budget to mid-range hotels in the city and surrounding areas. The All Seasons Crows Nest was close enough (we were driving) and though a bit hard to find from the street at night had cheap parking (only 10 AUS dollars), fantastic views and simple breakfast all included. The hotel, however, has definitely seen better times. Do not get me wrong, it was NOT dirty, the staff WAS very helpful and welcoming, but the rooms are in need of a make over. If you have other options in the same price range then do not go out of your way to stay here.
