I stay here 2 nights a week ( more if i could) !! , as i live up the Central Coast and work in Lane Cove. The Management are a real delight and pleasure to deal with. First class service, everyone knows your name when you walk in the door ... its like coming home !
Marlene and Tim are fantastic. They do anything for you, to make your stay easy and homely !

The rooms are very comfortable, and they supply everything to make you stay complete !

I wouldnt stay anywhere else !!

We were disembarked from a world cruise in Sydney in March 2011.
My husband was admitted to hospital there and I found myself alone in a strange place.The hotel Managers (who had only been there themselves only a few weeks) were wonderful.Nothing was too much trouble for them,even taking me to the Hospital..
When my husband was discharged from hospital we stayed in the hotel for a further week before our onward travel back to the UK and then home to Spain.
I think this person who complains about this management obviously has a personal grudge against these people..

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting friends in Hunters Hill and Pymble, it is a good location from which to visit the north side of Sydney. The rooms have been recently redecorated, simple furnishing and overall nice. The bed was comfortable with a lovely new mattress and feather topper which made for a very good nights sleep. Make sure to request a quiet room, not on the side of the Pacific Hiway. You will have a nice view and not much traffic noise. It was nice to be able to open a window if you did not want air conditioning on. The room had microwave, cereal bowls, plates and cutlery, tea and coffee making facilities were provided. This allows you to have breakfast in the room or a snack. There is a fridge too. We did not visit the restaurant downstairs or use room service. There is someone at the desk 24 hours to help. I used the high speed broadband, 18dollars for 24 hours. I would go back again, free off street parking was a consideration in choosing this place. A good standard business style Hotel.
