Best Western Twin Towers is situated on the Pacific Highway in Artarmon. While it is convenient that the motel is situated on the highway, it isn't exactly near to the typical office areas of the CBD and North Ryde (which a couple of taxi drivers made sure to point out to me). The motel is also flanked by a couple of dreary and old apartment buildings, not to mention there are two radio towers nearby... maybe that's where it gets the name?

Service provided by the reception staff at the Best Western Twin Towers was good. They were helpful in calling a cab and conducted their duties with a minimum of fuss. However, I was a bit annoyed by the fact that when I went over for breakfast at the motel restaurant, noone was present at the desk for about 5 minutes (you need to sign a couple of documents beforehand to confirm which room is paying for either a continental or hot breakfast).

The rooms were okay and they're what you'd expect from a motel room. I got a decent night's sleep despite being situated near a major highway although one negative was the TV channel reception which was poor. In terms of cleanliness, the room was pretty clean.

Dont get the seasonal special rate, the rooms are not 4 star and are noisy and very dated.

Stayed here 1 night as Sydney Hotel we were booked at was NA fir that night.
OK location on the Northshore but very old.
Bathroom in need of shakeup and carpet the victim of many stains and spills.
Reception staff were very friendly and the free ice machine is a nice touch.
Pleased to have received the Best Western Guest rate of +/-$140 instead of the rack rate of about $183.
Would not stay here by choice.

My husband was a patient in RNS Hospital, the location was easy walking to the Hospital.
I booked at the cheapest rate of $125 for 4 nights, my room was clean, had a king size bed, ensuite was serviced daily. My room was next door to the Dining room, and stair case to lower level so there was a bit of noise with people walking up and down the stairs, not enough to complain about though.
I found Reception staff great, they were very friendly and helpful,
Motel bus was a great bonus.
I would stay here again.
