The room smells like mold, the door are broken the tv a 14" and old.
The bathroom for a 2 bedroom suite is 5x3 (small) no coffee maker, .
When you walk into the lobby is a nice lobby but the rooms are very very ugly.

Not a swanky resort, just a beachfront hotel with a pool, deck, live music, small beach. Very nice vibe and atmosphere. Would go back for sure, prices are reasonable.

Be careful when booking a reservation; it might include a compulsory 90 minute time share sell speech. It came to me as an unpleasant surprise and it made me change itinerary plans. When telling them that it was an error and that we didn't agree on taking the time sharing selling speech they told us it was mandatory to keep the given rate; they even asked me for my nationality, what for???

Enjoyed our family stay here. All things were in perfect order. Pools were heated and tiki area was great. All the staff were very professional and nice. Rooms were excellent condition. When I read some of the reviews that were posted earlier I was a little afraid of this hotel. When I got there and checked in I was pleasantly surprised at the accommodations. The 305 Kitchen the food was good and the breakfast buffet was excellent. I have traveled many places in the past 15 years, this hotel should not be rated below a very good. IMHO. Glad I stayed here and will visit again this year.
