Booked this for a four night stay at the end of the season.
Location is excellent - just on the edge of the city, but easily walkable back into the main street for restaurants etc. So - very quiet, little through traffic other than local (there is the odd tractor or service lorry for the local farms though)
Sean & Suzanne are excellent hosts; nothing is too much trouble. The whole place has a good atmosphere & is clean, tidy & very well presented. They are also very knowledgable about the locality & willingly give advice on where to eat/visit & what's going on.
Our room had the sea view (yes, its a little way across the fields but a sea view nonethless) & was immaculately presented.
The breakfast are great - really well cooked & everything fresh.
TIP: eat in for dinner, at least once; Sean is an excellent chef & the dinner might look a little pricey but is more than worth the money. We tried other local places (Cwtch for example) & the food here is way better (you have to give them advance warning the night before though so a little planning is required)
This IS an excellent place to stay; this is perhaps why most of the other reviews are so positive. We would certainly plan in to stop here again if/when re-visiting the area.

This 5 star Bed and Breakfast Hotel ticked all the boxes, immaculate rooms, plenty of hot water, excellent breakfasts cooked by Shaun and first class evening meals if ordered in advance. We spent most of our time walking and were nearly blown away in the gales, so it was wonderful to know we were returning to such a comfortable and well appointed base in which to relax and unwind.

We received a very warm welcome from Shaun and Suzanne. They run an excellent professional establishment in a beautiful area. The decor and cleanliness you cannot fault. The toiletries are lovely and the chocolate buttons by the bed a really nice touch. The choice at breakfast is much more that you would expect at a guest house. The fresh fruit prepared for me each morning was much appreciated. It is a joy to relax with a drink and book in the lounge after a tiring day on the coast path.

Stayed for one night as it was the only room available in St Davids on Bank Holiday weekend. It was more expensive than we usually go for but we needed somewhere to stay. A very stylish place, the room was beautifully decorated and furnished and the bathroom was lovely with great toiletries. (L'oocitaine). The bedding also felt very good quality and the beds were very comfortable. The communal area is a living room which also houses the eating area - very cosy but there are no areas where you can be anonymous if you wish to be. The owners were very welcoming and brought us complementary tea and coffee with welsh cakes on arrival. The breakfast was excellent, one of the owners is clearly a skilled chef!
It's only a short walk to the main square but is far enough away to be peaceful - except for the constant trickling water outside the bedroom (not sure what it was!)
We had a friendly send off in the morning and help to get our bikes out.
This is a very peaceful and quiet place to stay close enough to the main pubs and bars if you want something a little more lively.
