We stayed here for three nights and really enjoyed it. It's a family-run hotel and the hosts are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are on the tight side--small bathrooms in particular--but clean and comfortable. The location is also terrific: just a couple of minutes walk to the heart of the village, the cathedral, etc.
A couple of tips: there are a lot of stairs to climb, so this might not be the best place for people with mobility issues. The host did carry luggage up for us, though--they definitely do whatever they can to make your stay pleasant. Also, some rooms have lovely views on St. David's Head, while others don't really have a view at all, so you might want to ask for one of the rooms with a view.
There is no wifi but there is a computer in the common room if needed. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious: a full British breakfast plus cereal, yogurt, juice, etc. They accept credit cards but will love you if you pay cash.
We'll close by saying it's a good value--one of the more affordable places in St. David's and a very pleasant place to stay!
