We stayed here at the end of july, I made reservations for three rooms in advanced. It was really really hot 101,102 with humidity the real feel was 105 to 110 degrees. When we arrived none of the three rooms had the air condition on. All rooms were miserably hot. I just thought for a gold medal winner the room would at least have the air going in 100 or better degree temperature. Parking was a little strange as one side of the hotel shares a lot with a mexican restaurant. other than that it was just ok. would stay again but would ask the air be put on before arrival

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was horrible. I noticed a cochroach before bed and thought I would ignore it but I awoke at 3 am and found several different kinds of bugs and promptly checked out (at 4 am). I asked for a refund but the Manager said I should have let them know at bed time and they would have switched rooms (like they would have been different). The best they would do is give me 10% off the $80 rate. Eight dollars for a place called "Quality Inn"?? I called the 800 number and they did not provide a refund or any other type of assistance.

I stayed at the Quality Inn, with my clients, and all of us had nothing but great things to say about this hotel. I saw that this hotel was a award winning hotel, and that is why I book our reservation there, and I will definatly stay there again. The breakfast was great, an I have been travelling for 14 years now, and have stayed at the best of the best hotels Marriott and all, but never have I slept so well as I did at the Quality Inn, Millington. Their beds were so comfortable I wanted to take one home with me. Keep the good work guys, and oh yeah the staff was great.

We stayed for seven days and took advantage of their weekly special. It was a good deal considering the free breakfast and amenities they have. The laundry room was well maintained. There was good attention to detail. Their signs made sense and were up to date. The sheets seemed nice and new. The staff and management were friendly, attentive and accomodating. If they would have let me stay an extra day at the discount room rates, I would have stayed a couple of days longer.

One thing though, I did have to kill a couple of bugs. But I gather it came in from the work being done on the grounds and garden.

I plan to stay there on my next visit to town.
