We booked a room for two nights. Sharon was so kind in helping us as there were not many hotels/ rooms available in the area because of the flooding. It appears this hotel accommodates traveling baseball teams and rest assured, if you're not part of those groups, you do not get treated the same. Check-in was a breeze, however, the midnight clerk was very rude. Ask her a question and I was made to feel like I was bothering her. The room was nice, however, the dishes were left in the dishwasher instead of in the cabinets and they still appeared to be dirty from the previous visitors. The vents could use a major cleaning as well. Overall, nice hotel but I wonder if up the road we could have found one where the staff might have been friendlier. Housekeeping staff and Sharon were very friendly.
Room Tip: Don't ask for a AAA discount.
