We've just returned from a 3 nights stay at The Beaches Hotel. This was our first holiday in Wales and in Prestatyn and we'll definitely be back!! We are a family of five (two adults, three kids) and stayed in adjoining family rooms which were great. The beds were clean and comfortable, the rooms were nice and spacious and there were plenty of brochures with ideas for things to do/see provided. The swimming pool was nice, the kids really enjoyed it.
The Hotel is located directly at the beach and it's so nice to wake up to the sound of the sea rolling in ... The food was excellent and the staff, especially at the reception desk, were very helpful and friendly. We cannot wait for our next holiday!

I have just attended a Conference for the first time at this hotel. Everything was great. The location, the staff, the meals, the rooms. Even though the hotel was full it didn't seem as if you were falling over each other. Plenty of space to move around. Wonderful decking area to sit and look out over the 'very near' beach!
Every room had a 'view' either the sea or the hills or in some case both!

The staff were very helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

Just had a really lovely week end at The Beaches with other Christians from Merseyside. the staff were extremely helpful with everything , from setting up our conference room to sorting out last minute room bookings. i was made to feel very welcome by all staff. they were so polite--ive stayed in many 'upmarket' hotels but would say that the staff were far more welcoming & friendly.the food wasnt great the first night we arrived but all other meals were pretty good, especially Sunday lunch! the views all around were outstanding--hills & sea--only problem is the view of Pontins! But you dont look out of the window very much when you're away! My room was lovely --very clean & well decorated with a comfy bed too.

we stayed here on a riding weekend the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were all really helpful and friendly. The food was of a very high standard and the atmosphere relaxing. Right on the beach front the beach is lovely. For the price of this hotel you wont find better.
