“Great hosts nothing too much trouble!”

I was there with my husband from 25th - 30th Sept. We also had our Jack Russell dog (Oscar) with us. We had a lovely big room, with 2 beds, a double and a single. We had the lovely comfortable double and Oscar and his own bed single (although was tricky to sometimes keep him there). Jan and Mick were so helpful, rang around and checked internet sites for pubs where we could take the dog. We had our own table in the lounge for breakfast and Oscar had his own 2 sausage made everyday for him, what a treat! Would recommend this hotel, less than 5 mins to the promenade. We will definitely be going there again!

“Excellent, warm and friendly”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 5 September 2010

I stayed at the hotel while on business for a week, Mick & Jan made me feel at home from the off, breakfast was tops, room bright and clean. The hosts were very informative on the area and sightseeing. I would recommend this hotel, in fact the wife and i will stay again when we have a break or in the area.

“Work nearly became a pleasure”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 23 August 2010

A very friendly, clean and comfortable experience. I am not a great eater of breakfast but found Mick and Jan's cooking to be too tempting every morning. Our room was spacious and light. Mick help us plan an evening drive that was specatular and gave us a small taste of the beautiful scenery and local attractions, of which there are many. We also found an excellent Chinese resturant close by and the local Weatherspoon's was handy and good value. We are looking forward to returning on a lesiure break to explore the area.

“Excellent”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 21 August 2010

My family and I recently stayed at West Point and found it to be ticking the boxes in all aspects, Cleanliness, Welcoming and Comfortable. As my children have varying tastes in food it was no problem at all due to the willingness of the owners Jan and Mick to accomodate any variation of requests regarding breakfasts etc. We were allocated the family room which was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. We found that all the staff at West Point were more than willing to accomodate any requests for help.

“Lovely hotel to stay at”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 May 2010

What a lovely friendly hotel to stay at. My partner and I had gone away for the bank holiday weekend to see the Llandudno Extravagansa. We found Colywn Bay convienient to travel from the Llandudno. The hotels owners were very pleasant upon arrival and were very friendly checking that our room was fine for us. The breakfast was first class and could not fault it. The room was clean and spacious. We could not fault this hotel at all and would recommend it and would stay there again.
