We booked this room on line for 4 adults for one night with a free voucher. When we got to the hotel, the front desk person saw all of us, but put us in a room with one double bed. When we called down to the front desk, we were informed that this room was all they had. We asked if there was sleeper sofa and all they kept saying was "this is all we have'. The room did have double sleeper sofa, but no pillows for it, just the linens. There is no door between the bedroom and the living room and the one 21" TV was in the living room and the remote wouldn't work. The furniture was very worn and dirty and the bed was very uncomfortable. The workout room was being re-done, but we did get to use the pool. There were no towels, as stated in the book in our room and we had to chase down a housekeeper to get towels. Half the time we were at the pool we got to listen to one of the hotel employees complain non-stop with another employee about his job as they stood around talking. Here's a hint - GO FIND ANOTHER JOB! The hotel sits right by the train tracks and the train blows it's horn every time it comes by, made for a long night. The worst part of the whole stay was the breakfast. They had at least 2 attendants working and neither one of them cleaned off a table. There was trash and food everywhere. The eggs were cold, the potatoes were greasy and the bagels were stale. Glad I won't ever have to go back.
