I booked my stay at the Clarion Hotel through Hotel's.com. The price was $48.00, I had a feeling this hotel was not goijng to be anything special. Since I was just going to crash for five hours I was ok with it, I was more interested in a cheap place to stay. When I arrived the clerk took a copy of my credit card, I panicked, because I had already paid for the room online. She told me she saw that, but just need one on file.
When I arrived home a week later from my trip, I noticed a charge of $250.00 plus an additional charge of $57.00. I immediately called the hotel, spoke with Shawn the "Manager." He said he would get back with me. A few hours later I called him back, still nothing, makes me wonder if he was in on the scam!! I immediately called my bank to reverse the charges. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!

We don't get it right every time but we do try. I would love to have the chance to speak to you about your charges. We do have a non-smoking policy that there is a $250 charge if you choose to smoke in the room. Over the past 28 years as a General Manager I have never charged a guest an unfail fee and have never been any thing but honest. You can call me at 901-332-3500 we have answered your credit card company with the infomaion we have.
