I highly recommend this location. Room was good but service and friendliness of the staff was over the top. Can't wait to go back and stay again. They never let someone walk through the lobby without offering help and engaging them. Love this place.

Went to my nephew's wedding in Memphis and stayed at the Doubletree. The staff was one of the nicest and most helpful of any hotel I have stayed at. Very convenient to Beale St. and those warm chocolate chip cookies are hard to beat!!! The room was nice. Would definitely recommend!!

I enjoy my stay here every time we come to town. The staff is extremely welcoming and makes us feel right at home. You are within walking distance to some of the best food and entertainment in Memphis.

Very nice place. Staff are very friendly and seem willing to work to make the stay good. Room was clean and the hotel was close to where I was working, so the downtown location is great. Close to Beale and several good restaurants without having to get your car out of the valet. The lobby is being renovated, which is a temporary inconvenience and changes the route to get to the rooms almost daily. I am sure it will be great when complete. To compensate, there was complimentary beer and wine in the evening, as well as complimentary coffee in the morning. I have stayed here twice over the past month, and it was offered both times so I am not sure if it is always offered, but it is a nice touch.
