I stayed at this hotel during the summer and the hotel is really nice, but the staff was horrible. When my family and I arrived our first room was dirty, and the second one we were given had other people items still in the room. The staff was horrible both night and morning staff. I will never ever stay at this hotel again. The way they talked to the black people in there was just down right wrong, I am not black and I felt really bad for the way they talked to them. I will never ever stay there again and I will tell all of my friends to avoid this hotel whenever they are in Memphis. To Mr Cerrato and Ms Higgingbotham please find a new line of work!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. With this being our first trip to Memphis we were unsure about where to stay however this turned out to be a great pick. The surrounding area was quite and near shopping....Our room was elegant and clean, hot breakfast every morning, and the workers at the front desk were helpful.

The treatment we encountered at this hotel was unacceptable. Upon our arrival, we were given dirty rooms and rooms that were occupied by other guests. After several rooming assignments we finally received a room ready for check in. My room keys were deactivated twice within the 1st day. On the 2nd day, we had to check out at the request of "Cerrato" who phoned the cops on our group without cause. He is a very disrespectful person and should not be working with anyone in the public. It has been brought to my attention that this type of treatment happens almost always to african americans. I am pleading with the ownership to take a look into the unnecessary treatment at the hands of your employees (Cerrato & Higginbotham) or your business will be facing voluminous legal actions. Cerrato & Higginbotham don't have a clue as to who they were talking with or even what they've done... just know that what you've done to us has already been done to you. I pray for you both because "NO WEAPONS FORMED AGAINST US SHALL PROSPER".

Very clean and well kept hotel. Room was immaculate and very nice. The hotel itself was also very clean and nice. Coffee 24/7 in lobby was a plus! :) Breakfast was very good, no need to go elsewhere for it. Waffles, eggs, sausage, fruit, YUMM! Staff at the front desk was somewhat friendly. The front desk supervisor who checked us in wasn't very welcoming. Seemed like I was bothering her by coming in to check in. Besides that little bump I would definitley stay here again!!!
