There's a reason this is close to last in ratings. Worst service! The room itself was large and had potential but that's where it ends. We travel for a living. Stay in hotels 60 days straight and this is the first really bad review I've written. The towels were stained and one of them had a hole in it the size of my fist. Sheets were so worn there were holes in them. We tried to call the front desk for more but no one answered when we let it ring repeatedly. Big sign out front says high speed Internet but it wasn't wireless. I asked and the guy at front said they were required by Best Western to have hard wired Internet. Horse crap. I stayed in three other best westerns this week and they all had wireless. I actually took the towels to the front to show them and told the we had called but he said no way, they had been there the whole time as if we were lying. Hotel lobby and stairwell stinks of the heavily spiced food they must be cooking.

Know one answered the phone. Fax and phone same number--desk clerk never on duty.... breakfast was terrible quality gravy was e water.... breakfast room was cold outside doors always open..bed poor mattress

This was the first place we stayed at on our way to AZ - it was a convenient place to stop right off the highway. We were dead tired and didn't have time to leave and find another place - wish we would have!! It really grossed us out. The clue should have been upon entering the lobby -- strong odor of curry mixed with the smell of the dirty floors. I can't get the smell out of my nose even now. The woman at the front desk was so rude and unhelpful and acted like she was doing us a giant favor by letting us stay there. Not enough towels in the rooms for two people, mattress was lumpy and dirty underneath the pad...uggghh. We were glad to leave in the morning! Now I know, just because it says "Best Western" doesn't mean a thing.

AWFUL! AWFUL! AWFUL! This is one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed at. Rude employees.. nasty room... slept with one eye open thinking that our vehicle was going to be vandalized. Wish we had never stayed there. How this establishment won an award, makes us wonder what are the rest like.
