The location was great. Near a lot of restaurants and shopping. It's also within the vicinity of Germantown, a very nice area.

The staff was great. We booked the room for a low price through a travel site and was stuck with a king bed when we really wanted a double. They moved us to a doubles room as soon as one was available without any hesitation or extra charge. The doubles room was much larger! Everyone was very friendly.

Breakfast could be better, but free is free so we can't complain.

The room is OK, nice beds although we did not sleep very good as the aircondition made a lot of noise all night. The bathroom/WC very small, the sink is in the room...... We did not have light beside the bed and I have to read before going to sleep. Went to the reception, but nobody could help - give us lightbulbs, as it was too late in the evening.... The breakfast was bad for us europeans, but we could of course buy eggs and bacon etc. The hotel was OK for a nights stay and for the price but we wouldn´t stay here for several nights.

Nice, clean, place to stay. Flat screens and mini grudges in every room. Love hyatt places!

Typical Hyatt Place setup in a very nice location in East Memphis close to the airport and great local resturants and close to all the places I needed to visit for a business trip.
