My 2 daughters and I were very tired and needed rest before driving on. All hotels were full as it was August. I felt it was unsafe but we were going to get rest. Paid for the room and my daughter was given the key card and went to open the room. Alas, it was already occupied and by a couple who were very busy! He had given her the key to a room that he had already rented. She came running back and told me. I ask for my money back and said we will travel on. The man was very nice and refunded my money. But not a pleasant experience. So did not stay!

Booked this for three nights, requested a non-smoking room. Owners presented it as a 3-star hotel. Was not safe - afraid to leave vehicle in parking lot. Room was reeking of cigarette smoke. Requested another room and was told that it was non-smoking. Room also smelled of smoke. I am allergic to cigarette smoke and was reacting before I got out of room. Owners insisted that because it said non-smoking on room door - that it was smoke free. We had to leave there and find a room in Memphis at 6:30 p.m. on a Saturday night. Fortunately we found one in a safer neighborhood.

Stayed a few times in this motel. It's located close to Graceland and the Memphis Airport. It's a nice alternative for visitors to Graceland.
Most of the hotels/motels have high(er) rates during Elvis birthday week (in January) and Elvis Memorial week (August) but this motel always has its reasonable (lower) rates. Clean rooms, nothing fancy but just what you would expect from a motel of this type. In short; nice if your in Memphis to visit Graceland. If you want to see more of the downtown area better look for a hotel/motel closer to downtown.
