Stayed at this hotel during a business trip. As a LaQuinta Gold level rewards club member I frequent this chain. Once again I was not disappointed. Neal, the front desk manager was courteous and handled my registration smoothly and quickly. He was very quick to ask if I needed any assistance with anything and when I asked to be upgraded he did so to a great King room with a HUGE plasma screen TV. THe room itself was clean and the bed was super. I commented on the bed and Neal said all the mattresses in the hotel had been replaced about 4 weeks ago. THe room also had a refrigerator and microwave and both were spotless.

I would definitely stay here again.

THIS has to be the nicest hotel for the price anywhere around. Clean , roomy, soft bed very large flat screen tv. Indoor heated pool and hottub. Friendly desk personnel.

We stayed at this property for the first time over the weekend. We were very pleased. Rate was much lower than other nearby properties that we usually use while in Memphis. The staff was very friendly. We had a room with two double beds which was very roomy. The big screen TV was nice - largest we've seen in a hotel in this category. The room was very quiet with the exception of the children in the room next to us running up and down the hallway at times, which wasn't the hotel management's fault. Fortunately, they were quieted rather quickly by the parents. The beds were extremely and surprisingly comfortable! The matresses are the very thick type with pillow tops - absolutely wonderful! The ac/heat unit was they type that doesn't cycle on and off which makes for a better night's sleep as well. i.e., regardless of the setting, the fan will run all of the time to produce "white noise", which we love. Our only complaint was the fact that breakfast ends at 9:00 AM on the weekends (!) so we didn't get to take advantage of it. I expect that's the management's way of cutting costs since they probably know most people sleep late on the weekends and won't eat the breakfast. Big disappointment there. Bottom line: We'll definitely return for a quiet and comfortable room with a great rate and the great beds!
